Dispatch
Lots are dispatched after payment clears. Fragile, oversized and high-value pieces are packed by a specialist, which can add a few days — we will tell you if that applies to your lot.
Cost
Shipping is quoted per lot from its own location and shown at checkout before you confirm. Combining lots into a single shipment is usually cheaper; ask us before paying.
Insurance and tracking
Shipments are insured in transit for the price paid, and tracking is emailed on dispatch.
International
We ship internationally. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are charged by the destination country, not by us.
Collection in person
Lots can be collected by arrangement. Email support@musezeum.com with your order number to book a time.
