When payment is due
Invoices are issued once a lot closes and are payable promptly. Title passes only once payment has cleared in full.
What you will pay
The hammer price or Buy Now price, plus a buyer's premium, shipping, and any tax that applies. Every line is itemised at checkout before you confirm — nothing is added afterwards.
Methods
Card payment is taken at checkout. For higher-value lots we can arrange a bank transfer; email us before the sale closes so it is in place.
If something looks wrong
Contact support@musezeum.com with your order number before paying. We would rather correct an invoice than refund one.
